ANNOUNCEMENTS on 22nd Sunday in Ordinary Time, 30th August, 2026

1. This Sunday we begin the “Nativity-Novena” of  Blessed Virgin Mary, reciting Novena Prayer after Communion at each Mass till 7^th Sept. Parents & children are encouraged to attend the 7 pm mass during Weekday Novena.

2. Next Sunday, 6^th September, is the 23^rd Sunday in Ordinary Time and is observed as Teachers’ Day. The Liturgy at the 9:30 am Mass will be organized by Happy Home Community.  All teachers, present and past, are invited to attend the 9:30 am mass.

3. 4^th Sept. is the First Friday. The Liturgical Committee & the Brothers will assist at the Holy Half-hour adoration at 7 pm. It will be followed by Mass.

4. Saturday, 5^th September is the feast of St. Teresa of Kolkata.

5. Need Lectors/Singers for evening mass on Sundays. Please contact Parish office

6. Tuesday, 8^th September is the Feast of the Nativity of the Our Lady and also Day of the Girl Child. All are invited to participate in the Feast Day Eucharist at 7 pm.  Children are encouraged to bring items that can be given to the boarders at Manor Mission. Details of items will be circulated on WhatsApp.

7. Cancer Patients Aid Association, Mumbai appeals for generous donations from the faithful towards their cause. Details below.

8. Fr. Gerard Rodricks SJ will conduct a short session on Christian Leadership for the heads of all Parish Associations & the PPC, on 13^th Sept at 10:30 am in the Immaculata Hall. Requesting each association to send 3 people for the session.

9. Envelopes for Church Support / Community Welfare Fund will be given to each family through the S.C.C. coordinators. The S.C.C. coordinators are requested to collect the envelopes from the parish office for distribution.

10. Prison Ministry volunteers thank the Parishioners for their generous support. Amount  collected so far is ₹ 28,300 in cash and ₹82,000 through UPI & cheques. Donations are still accepted in the Parish Office.
