ANNOUNCEMENTS on 20th Sunday in Ordinary Time,16th August, 2026

1. his Sunday is observed as Prison Ministry Sunday.

   Volunteers will distribute envelopes / collect donations for this cause after each Mass. Envelopes with donations may be given to them or to the Parish Office.

2. Next Sunday, 23^rd August, is the 21^st Sunday in Ordinary Time, and is also Justice Sunday. The Liturgy at the 9:30 am Mass will be organized by Good Shepherd Community.

3. Friday, 21^st August is the feast of St. Pius X

   Saturday, 22^nd August is the feast of the Queenship of Blessed Virgin Mary.

4. Mass Intentions on Sundays: One can now offer Mass for any intentions on Sundays in our church as well as at St. Anthony’s Chapel.

   In our church, only First Death Anniversary Mass & Months Mind Mass can be offered at the 9:30 am Parish Mass on Sunday. At the 7:30 am & 6 pm Mass on Sunday, any intentions are accepted.

5. Those interested in coming for a mini trek to Tungareshwar on 22^nd August, may please contact Fr. Joe A. as early as possible. A meeting for the same will be held at 7.45pm on Thursday the 20^th of Aug in Xavier Hall.

6. St. Annes Youth invite all to a fun-filled SPLASHATHON on Sunday, 23^rd Aug. at Senior Assembly Hall starting at 10:30 am. Register using link shared in WhatsApp groups or using QR code. Details on Notice Board.

7. WCCM is conducting a Meditation programme on Saturday, 22^nd August. Details on the Notice Board

8. Holy water will be kept in the fonts at the entrance of the church
