1. Sunday, 24th August, is the 21st Sunday of the Liturgical Year, and is also Justice Sunday. The 9:30 am Mass Liturgy will be organized by the Good Shepherd Community.

   
   

   Next Sunday, 31st August, is the 22nd Sunday of the Liturgical Year. The Liturgy at the 9:30 am Mass will be organized by St. Valentine Community.

   
   

   Friday, 29th August is the Memorial of the Martyrdom of St. John the Baptist.

3. Novena in honour of O. L. of the Mount, at Bandra Basilica, is from Friday, 5th to Saturday, 13th September, with celebration of Feast on Sunday, 14th September. The Octave week will be from 14th to 21st September. Details may be seen in “The Examiner”

   During the Octave of the Feast of Our Lady of the Mount, the Basilica invites the Sick and the Aged to visit the Shrine of Our Lady and pray for their intercession at special Masses to be celebrated on Monday, 15th September 2025 at 10:30 am and 11:30 am.

The World Community of Christian Meditation invites you to a half-day programme of Prayerful Reflection, Discourses and Meditation on the meaning and significance of Our Lady’s Assumption, on Saturday, 30th August in the Parish Hall of O.
