ANNOUNCEMENTS FOR SUNDAY, 3RD AUGUST 2025

1. Sunday, 3^rd August, is the 18^th Sunday of the Liturgical Year. The 9:30 am Mass Liturgy will be organized by Happy Home Community.

   There will be NO  Konkani Mass on 3^rd August.

   The PPC is having their Annual Seminar at Kune Mission on 2^nd & 3^rd August, followed by the PPC Meeting.

   Next Sunday, 10^th August, is the 19^th Sunday of the Liturgical Year. The Liturgy at the 9:30 am Mass will be organized by Our Lady of Lourdes Community. 

   Monday, 4^th August is Feast of St. John Mary Vianney. The Feast will be celebrated next Sunday, 10^th August.  Please pray for our priests and also for more vocations.

   The Lectors will have their monthly meeting at 7:30 pm on Monday, 4^th August.

   Wednesday, 6^th August is the Feast of Transfiguration of the Lord

   
   

2. An interactive session – “Finding Our Way Back Home :  We belong to the Earth”. With Fr. Prashant Olalekar, s.j. & Hazel, featuring movement, music, stories and  stillness on Sunday, 3^rd August, from 10.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. at St. Anne’s Church, Residence Hall, hosted by the Christian Meditation group.

   
   

3. Snehalaya Family Service Centre, the Archdiocesan Family Apostolate, offers at Our Lady of Victories Church, Mahim Campus, Marriage & Family Counselling, Psychological Assessment and Spiritual Guidance to those facing crisis in relationships or seeking help.  Please refer to the Parish Notice Board for details on how to book appointments.

   
   

4. Our Parish is pleased to announce the formation of a Choir of Choirs.  The aim is to teach Parishioners Hymns according to the New Roman Missal and learn new Hymns from our New Hymnal to aid in Congregational singing.  These practices will be held every Wednesday evening after the evening mass & Novena (From 7.45 pm to 8.30 pm) in Church.  We encourage all Parishioners, SCC members, Youth, Lectors, Cantors and all Choir members to attend.  The first practice will be held on coming Wednesday, 6^th August, at 7.45 pm in the Church.
