ANNOUNCEMENTS FOR SUNDAY, 5th October 2025

1. Sunday, 5^th October, is the 27^th Sunday of the Liturgical Year.

   The 9:30 am Mass Liturgy this Sunday will be organized by Maza Prakash Community.

   There will be Blessing of Pets, after the 9:30 am Mass, in the Church premises.

   This Sunday, there will be a Mass in Konkani at 5 p.m. in our church.

   This Sunday, Zone V is organizing their Mission Stall at St. Anthony’s Home, to support Manor Mission

   The PPC Meeting will be held at St. Anthony’s Home this Sunday, at 10 am.

   Next Sunday, 12^th October, is the 28^th Sunday of the Liturgical Year. The Liturgy at the 9:30 am Mass will be organized by St. Anthony’s & St. Stanislaus Communities.

2. St. Anne’s Lectors will have their monthly meeting on Monday, 6^th October, at 7:30 pm.

3. Rosary Devotion - The month of October is dedicated to the Holy Rosary.  The Parish Communities are invited to gather in the Church for praying the Rosary in honour of Our Lady, every weekday starting from Monday, 6^th October, at 6.30 p.m., before the evening Mass.  We encourage all parishioners to join in this devotion as we seek the intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary for Peace, Unity and Blessings upon our families, our parish and the whole world.

4. Eucharistic Ministers will have the Adoration followed by a Meeting at 4:30 pm on Sunday, 12^th October

5. Next Weekend, 11^th& 12^th October, Manor Mission will be having their Stalls in the Church premises, selling items of daily use, such as herbal products, food items etc. Priests from Manor Mission will speak at all Masses.

6. The Parishioners of Our Lady of the Rosary Church, Dockyard are organizing a 3-day fete- “Rosarian Fiesta 2025”, on 10^th, 11^th and 12^th October. Details on the Notice Board.

7. All parishioners are invited to attend Choir of Choir Practices held every Tuesday at 7:30 pm in our church, to learn new Hymns according to the New Roman Missal, which also include Sung parts of the Mass, Latin Hymns etc.

8. The Pauline Sisters, Bandra, are offering a two-month course on Music Production, Sound Recording, and Mixing. Batch 1: Oct.11 to Dec. weekends 2 to 4 pm.   Batch 2: Jan. to March weekends 6 to 8 pm. Details on the Notice board.

9. Seva Niketan is in need of a Receptionist. The candidate should have some experience in any field and will have to do Hostel Bookings, accept payments, and use a computer for simple functions in Word and Excel. Payment will be as per the Archdiocesan scale.

10. Society of St. Vincent de Paul – Anne’s Conference thanks the Parishioners for their generous contribution made on 27 & 28 September, towards helping the underprivileged. Total Amount collected is  ₹2,58,440/-
