ANNOUNCEMENTS FOR SUNDAY, 28th September 2025

1. Sunday, 28^th September, is the 26^th Sunday of the Liturgical Year.

   The 9:30 am Mass Liturgy this Sunday will be organized by the Youth.

   Blessing of Vehicles will be held in our Church premises after the 9:30 am Mass this Sunday, and also at St. Anthony’s Chapel premises after the 8:30 am Mass.

   Saturday, 27^th September is the Feast of St. Vincent de Paul. Liturgy at the 7 pm Mass will be organized by the SVP. They will make a presentation of their activities at this Mass and also at all Masses on Sunday, 28^th September. Their volunteers will accept your contribution for the poor after each Mass, on both the days, at the doors/gates of the Church.

   Next Sunday, 5^th October, is the 27^th Sunday of the Liturgical Year. The Liturgy at the 9:30 am Mass will be organized by Maza Prakash Community. There will be Blessing of Pets, after the 9:30 am Mass, in the Church premises.

   On Sunday, 5^th October, Zone V is organizing their Mission Stall to support Manor Mission at St. Anthony’s Home.

   The PPC Meeting will be held at St. Anthony’s Home on Sunday, 5^th October, at 10 am.

   There will be a Mass in Konkani at 5 p.m. on 5^th October.

2. Monday, 29^th September is the Feast of Archangels: Michael, Gabriel & Raphael.

   Tuesday, 30^th September: Our Lady’s statues will be blessed at the 7 pm Mass. The Service will be organized by the Konkani Group.

   Wednesday, 1^st October, is the Feast of St. Therese of the Child Jesus.

   Thursday, 2^nd October, is the Feast of Holy Guardian Angels.

   Friday, 3^rd October, is the First Friday of the month. The Holy Half–hour Adoration at

    7 pm will be conducted by the Lectors. It will be followed by Mass.

   Saturday, 4^th October, is the Feast of St. Francis of Assisi, and also the end of the Care of Creation Season

3. The Parishioners of Our Lady of the Rosary Church, Dockyard are organizing a 3-day fete- “Rosarian Fiesta 2025”, on 10^th, 11^th and 12^th of October. For passes and competition details, please see the Notice Board. They will be selling passes in our church premises after the morning masses on Sunday, 28^th September.

4. Rosary Devotion - The month of October is dedicated to the Holy Rosary.  The Parish Communities are invited to gather in the Church for the praying the Rosary in Honour of Our Lady of the Rosary, every Saturday at 6.30 p.m., before the evening Mass.  We encourage all parishioners to join in this devotion as we seek the intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary for Peace, Unity and Blessings upon our families, our parish and the whole world.
