ANNOUNCEMENTS FOR SUNDAY, 27th JULY, 2025

  1. Sunday, 27th July, is the 17th Sunday of the Liturgical Year. The 9:30 am Mass Liturgy will be organized by the Liturgical Team. It is also observed as the World Day of Grandparents and the Elderly.

     Next Sunday, 3rd August, is the 18th Sunday of the Liturgical Year. The Liturgy at the 9:30 am Mass will be organized by Happy Home Community.

     There will be NO  Konkani Mass on 3rd August.

     The PPC will have their Annual Seminar at Kune Mission on 2nd & 3rd August, followed by the PPC Meeting

  2. 1st August is the First Friday of August. At 7 pm there will be the Holy-Half-Hour Adoration conducted by the Eucharistic Ministers. It will be followed by Mass.

  3. Thursday, 31st July, is the Feast of St. Ignatius of Loyola, Founder of the Jesuits.

    There will be a con-celebrated High Mass on Thursday at 6:30 pm. The main Celebrant is Fr. Sumit D’Souza,s.j. As preparation for the Feast, a Triduum has been organized from Monday to Wednesday, namely, 28th, 29th & 30th of July. Please attend in large numbers and pray for the Jesuit Community.

  4. An interactive session – “Finding Our Way Back Home:  We belong to the Earth”. With Fr. Prashant Olalekar. S.J. & Hazel, featuring movement, music, stories and stillness on Sunday, 3rd August, at 10.30 a.m. - 12.30 p.m. at St. Anne’s Church, Residence Hall, hosted by the Christian Meditation group.

  5. Lectors will have their monthly meeting at 7.30 pm on 4 August.

  6. Snehalaya Family Service Centre, the Archdiocesan Family Apostolate, offers at Our Lady of Victories Church, Mahim Campus; Marriage & Family Counselling, Psychological Assessment and Spiritual Guidance to those facing crisis in relationships or seeking help.  Please refer to the Parish Notice Board for details on how to book appointments

  7. Few copies of the new hymnal are still available for Rs.100 at the Parish Office.
