ANNOUNCEMENTS FOR SUNDAY, 26th October 2025

1. Sunday, 26^th October, is the 30^th Sunday of the Liturgical Year. The Liturgy at the 9:30 am Mass will be organized by Happy Home Community.

   Tuesday, 28^th October is the Feast of Sts. Simon & Jude, Apostles.

   Next Saturday, 1^st November, is the Solemnity of All Saints. The Liturgy at the 7 pm Mass will be organized by Eucharistic Ministers.

   Next Sunday, 2^nd November, is the 31^st Sunday of the Liturgical Year. It is also the Day of Commemoration of All the Faithful Departed popularly known as All Souls Day. The Liturgy at the 9:30 am Mass will be organized by Our Lady of Lourdes Community. The Masses will be as of Sunday.

   There will be Mass in Konkani at 5:00 pm

2. PPC meeting will take place on Sunday, 9th November 2025.

3. The parish will celebrate a memorial Mass for our former parish priests, Fr. Tony Jurschik and Fr. Tony V D’Souza, who passed away during the past few days, on Friday, 31st October 2025, at the 7:00 pm Mass

4. Schedule of Masses at the Cemetery on All Souls Day:

   Sewri Cemetery: 7am, 7:45am, 8:30am & 6pm.

   Haines Rd. Cemetery: 6:30am, 7:15am, 8 am & 5pm

   Blessing of graves: after the last Mass in the morning, at both cemeteries

5. A Meet & Greet program, “When Two Hearts Meet – Reconnect”, for Roman Catholics up to 65 years of age, looking for remarriage, will be held on Sunday, 16^th November from 10:30am to 5pm, in St. Blaise High School Annexe, Amboli. Last date for registration: 10^th November, 2025. Details on the Notice Board.

6. Lectors will have their Monthly Meeting at 7:30 pm on Monday, 3^rd November

7. Online application forms for admissions to St Mary’s International School, for Kindergarten (Jr. KG), Grade 1 and 3 for the academic year 2026–2027 will be available only till Friday, 31st October 2025.  Kindly check the school website for further details

8. Admission for Jr. Kg for the academic year 2026-2027 of Convent of Jesus & Mary, Byculla, will be conducted online. Please see Notice Board/School Website

9. Community of Jesus: Light of the World has organized a sharing by Ms. Shawna Rebello, Consultant of Archdiocesan Office on Environment, at Immaculata Hall, St. Mary’s ICSE, at 10:30 am on Sunday, 9^th November. She will share on practical ways of caring for environment. You may register via 9892592458

10. Mission Sunday collection amounted to ₹ 69,770/- .This entire amount will be sent to Archbishop’s House as our contribution for World Mission
