ANNOUNCEMENTS for 4th SUNDAY of Advent, 21st December, 2025

1.  Next Sunday, 28th December, is the Feast of the Holy Family.

   The Liturgy at the 9:30 am Mass will be organized by St. Theresa of Avila Community.

2. CHRISTMAS MASS:On Thursday, we celebrate the Nativity of our Lord, a Holy Day of Obligation.The solemn Christmas Night Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 pm on Wednesday, 24th December, on the grounds.

   There will be NO regular evening 7:00 pm Mass on Wednesday, the Eve of Christmas.

   The morning Masses on Christmas Day will be as on Sundays:

   • 7:30 am & 9:30 am in the Church

   • 8:30 am at St. Anthony’s Chapel

   The Liturgy at the 9:30 am Mass will be organized by SCC Coordinators.There will be NO evening Mass on Christmas Day.

3. CONFESSIONS:

   Tomorrow/Today Confessions at St. Anthony’s, after 8:30 am Mass

4. Our Lady of the Rosary Church, Dockyard, is doing “LIVE CRIB” – a Christmas play with Songs & Lights at 7:00 pm on Sunday, 21st December.

   Entry is free for all.

5. CHRISTMAS OCTAVE:

   • Friday, 26th December – Feast of St. Stephen

   • Saturday, 27th December – Feast of St. John the Apostle

6. NEW YEAR:

   Schedule of Thanksgiving Service & Masses is put up on the Notice Board.

7. CHRISTMAS ISSUE OF THE EXAMINER is out for sale.

   You may buy it from our volunteers for Rs. 100/-.

   Also available are sets of “SUNDAY LITURGY” for Rs. 200/- and Bible Diaries for Rs. 250/-.

8. NEW YEAR 2026 CALENDARS have arrived.

   Each family in the parish is entitled to one.

   Community Coordinators, Animators, and family representatives, please collect them from the Parish Office after providing necessary details.

9.  Snehalaya Family Service Centre announces “Archdiocese Festival of Families” to be held at Our Lady of Velankanni Shrine, Uttan, on 28th Dec.

   Please refer the Notice Board for details.

10. MUNICIPAL ELECTIONS are to be held on 15th January 2026.

    Let us make sure that all our eligible parishioners are registered.

    It is our responsibility to protect our Democracy.

    Last date to add names or make corrections is 27th December.

11. MANOR MISSION:

    A total of ₹4,18,920 has been collected and will be sent shortly to the Superior of Manor Mission Station.

    Sincere thanks to our parishioners for their generous support and wholehearted efforts in raising funds through food stalls, other stalls, door-to-door collections, and various initiatives.
