ANNOUNCEMENTS on 26th Sun. in Ordinary Time, 27th September, 2026

1. This Sunday, is the feast of St. Vincent de Paul, and also “World Day of Migrants & Refugees”. SVP are doing 2^nd Collection at masses on 26^th/27^th  i.e. Saturday & Sunday in the church, and also at St. Anthony’s Chapel at Sunday’s 8:30 am Mass.

2. Tuesday, 29^th Sept., is the Feast of Archangels: Michael, Gabriel & Raphael. Wednesday, 30^th Sept. is the Feast of St. Jerome.

   October being the Month of the Rosary, statues of Mother Mary will be blessed on Thursday, 1^st October at the 7 pm Mass and will be distributed to various Communities. Kindly attend in large numbers. The Media Team will be organizing this Mass.  1^st October, is also the Feast of St. Therese of the Child Jesus.

   Friday, 2^nd October, is the Feast of Guardian Angels. It is the First Friday of October. The Holy Half-Hour at 7 pm will be assisted by SCC Coordinators. It will be followed by Mass.

3. Those interested in going for a half-day trek to Tungareshwar on 2^nd October, please come for a meeting on Sunday, 27^th September at 7 pm in the Xavier Hall.

4. Next Sunday, 4^th October, is the 27^th Sunday in Ordinary Time, and is observed as Thanksgiving Sunday in the Archdiocese. It is also the Feast of St. Francis of Assisi. The Liturgy at the 9:30 am Mass will be organized by FMM sisters of St. Anthony’s Home.

   PPC Meeting will be held at 10:30am in the Residence Hall on 4^th October.

   Blessing of Pets is also planned on this day at 10:15 am .

5. Due to updating/upgrading of Registers of Sacramental Records, the Parish office will not be able to issue certificates for a few days. Please bear with us.

6. Auxilium Skills Academy run by the Salesian Sisters is providing skill-based courses at Deaf & Mute Institute. Please see the Notice Board for Details.

7. Please collect / purchase your copy of latest EXAMINER from the Sacristy.

8. Thanks for helping out with the plastic items last weekend. We collected 56 kilos. This program will be held every alternate month.
